Warrantees & Repairs
We are the official Traction manufacturer’s repair centre for North America, and can offer repair and refurbishment of your faulty units. We also offer replacement parts for all our units.
We offer a 2-year warrantee on the ASU4 and MPL4 products to USA customers only.
All other products have a 1-year return to base warranty as standard.

Non-Warranty Repairs
We offer repairs on all Traction battery chargers and support units for North America - whether you bought it direct, or through a supplier, we can repair your unit.
Upon receipt of goods a repair quote will be emailed to the supplied contact email address.
