The MPL-4 Traction battery charger has been designed with the latest and future workshop standards in mind. Updates can be downloaded from our website and loaded using the supplied lead.
Suitable for most common battery types including LiFePO4, AGM, GEL and conventional lead acid.
The MPL-4 features a contactor reset mode for reactivating disabled/highly discharged LiFePO4 batteries.
This NEW model automatically adjusts current based on battery terminal temperature.

The MPL50-LI Battery Charger from Traction Direct is a powerful battery charger designed to professionally charge most common battery types including LiFePO₄, Ca/Ca, Ca/Ag, AGM, GEL and standard lead-acid batteries.
It features a dedicated reset mode for reactivating disabled/highly discharged LiFePO4 batteries and delivers a steady 13.6V support output up to 50A, making it perfect for diagnostics, maintenance and everyday workshop use.
The MPL50-Li may require future software updates. To perform the updates a programming cable is required. If you do not already have one you can purchase one here, or select the MPL50-Li-2 version in the drop down below.
